informal gathering on women and tech at etech

A number of people spoke to me today because they either missed my talk on women and tech this morning, or wished there'd been more time to continue the conversation. As a result, I've added a women and tech BOF to the participant session schedule for tomorrow night (Wednesday, 2/11) at 10pm. It's open to anyone, not just conference attendees. Will update later when I know what room it will be in.
